Moobs Are Blurred In Police Photo

Eduardo Ibarra Perez murdered his wife and landed on the Los Angeles Police Department “Most Wanted” list. But thats not why Eduardo is one of LA’s most notorious criminals these days. It’s in fact his mugshot that’s getting the real attention. Though we’re still not sure why Eduardo was photographed topless, his man boobs (also affectionately known as moobs) were too large and actually thought to be offensive. So LAPD decided their only course of action was to blur them out. I never knew mugshots could be so scandalous and I’m sure good ol’ Eduardo is probably regretting whacking his wife if for no other reason than the fact that his moobs were put on display for the whole world to see.
