Next Up For Jake Gyllenhaal? Maybe Joe Namath

After getting all diesel and ripped for his role in the Prince of Persia, Jake Gyllenhaal now has his sights on playing football legend Joe Namath:

“I would love to play Joe Namath. I’ve been working on it for a long time, trying to develop that story. We got to get it right, got to get the extraordinary story perfect if we’re going to do it. But it would be a dream to play him.”

Jake playing Joe? Not too sure that we’re really digging that, but a Joe Namath movie would be pretty dope. Plus, I hate to lie, but the Prince of Persia looks kind of awesome too, so maybe Jake wouldn’t be such a bad choice.
