New Batman Is Coming In 2012

For Batman fans anxiously awaiting a follow-up to the massively successful “The Dark Knight,” you’re wait will come to an end in 2012. On Friday, Warner Bros. scheduled the release for the latest installment of the Batman series for July 20, 2012. While details are scarce as to who the film’s main villain will be and the sort of approach the film will take, if it’s anything like “The Dark Knight,” it’s guaranteed to be absolutely phenomenal. Most of the casting hasn’t been announced, but we’re sure that Christian Bale will take time from being one of Hollywood’s most notorious A-holes to come back for another round in the black suit and the tricked out ride.

But the film will definitely be missing a little star power in the form of Heath Ledger. Though we have a few guesses as to who will be taking Heath’s place as the resident baddie (cough, cough Two Face please, cough, cough), it’ll be hard to replace the Joker.
