The always lovely Holly Madison decided to take a break from her busy schedule of titillating audiences with her sheer hotness to play some ball. The former “Girl Next Door” threw out the first pitch in the Las Vegas’ 51s’ game against the Fresno Grizzlies at Cashman Field. But Holly didn’t just get to take get to toss out the first pitch.
