Rufus Wainwright Thinks 50 Cent Might Be Gay

Can’t say I saw that assessment coming. Singer-songwriter and the epitome of fabulosity (yes, I just dropped an f-bomb) Rufus Wainwright recently told the folks over at Details magazine that he has a feeling that 50 Cent might be keeping one little secret in his closet.

“I love, love 50 Cent. I think he’s just the sexiest, and a brilliant writer. And I know he’s gay.”

And how do you know that Rufus, my boy:

“That cute little voice of his. It’s okay, 50 Cent. Feel free to call me anytime. My boyfriend and I are experts. You can come over for dinner. And maybe dessert.”

Aww, isn’t that precious! I’m sure the dude that sang about getting with as many chicks as possible in “Candy Shop” and “P.I.M.P.” is just chomping at the bit to get some man meat in his life. Rufus and his boy toy may be have their gay-dar on extra sensitive, but convincing me that 50 Cent might want to get in on the bromantic action is kind of a tough sell. Color me a cynic I suppose.
