Gary Dourdan's Girlfriend Off The Hook, It Was Just Loud Sex

CSI star Gary Dourdan and his girlfriend have finally put their legal woes behind them. And then can thank their hyperactive libidos and passionate love yelps for that. More after the jump.

Last month, Gary’s girlfriend, the sexy Maria Asis del Alamo, was arrested on charges of domestic violence after a neighbor (who clearly couldn’t mind his or her own business) called the police after hearing what they thought were violent noises coming from the Dourdan crib. When police arrived on the scene, they noticed a scratch on Gary’s neck and hauled Maria off to the station, charging her with domestic violence. But now everything has been resolved as Greg and Maria explained to the prosecutor that it wasn’t sounds of distress or violence that their neighbor heard, but rather the passionate throes of one rambunctiously wild night of making love. The two just got a little carried away with the sound effects, that’s all.

Needless to say the charges have been dismissed and Gary and Maria can go back to their wild bangin’ sessions. And their nosy neighbor can rest easy knowing that all is perfectly well, wonderfully sexy and obviously very exciting over at the Dourdan residence.
