Drunk George Clooney Has a Flask on the Red Carpet (Video)

Just when you started to think that George Clooney was settling down and becoming the mature proverbial bachelor (and hero all men and women who run at the first sign of commitment), he totally comes through with one of the most awesome moments from the dreadfully boring red carpet at the Oscars. Check out video of George flashing his secret stash of booze after the jump.

While making his way along the red carpet on Oscar night, George Clooney decided to stop by and talk about going up against Jeff Bridges for Best Actor honors once again. At the end of his shpeal, George treats the camera to a brief flash of his flask, strategically hidden in his jacket. Hey, we can’t blame Georgey for deciding to spice things up on Oscar night. Between the corny opening number, the actors who prove their complete inability to read teleprompters and honoring a bunch of movies no one has ever heard of, we’d probably need a drink too.
