Say It Ain't So! Heidi Montag Wants to Pose for Playboy…Again

After a marathon plastic surgery session in which 10 different procedures were done, Heidi Montag wants to show off what a few thousand dollars can buy in yet another Playboy spread. As if the first go-round wasn’t bad enough, Heidi wants to up the nudity in her next shoot. While her first Playboy appearance featured the reality star somewhat covered up, this time around Heidi is showing everything that Dr. nip and tuck gave her. Playing with the idea of a shower concept, Heidi is excited to show of her bod to millions of Playboy enthusiasts, but is also ready to go back under the knife once the shoot wraps.

And what area does she want to put a little more cosmetic effort in? Well her DDD boobs of course!

“I do want more. “I would like to get my breasts re-done because I couldn’t get them the size I wanted because they couldn’t fit.”

Alright, that’s kind of scary. If they didn’t fit the first time around, something tells me that trying to pump up the DDD the second time might not be the best idea.
