Sex Causes Carpal Tunnel

For serious?!? It is if you believe a recent study published by English researchers. The study claims that Britons are being diagnosed with carpal tunnel on a much more frequent basis because they’re having too much sex. Having studied the higher incidence of carpal tunnel in the nation, researchers came to the conclusion that the increase coincided with the breakout use of Viagra and other erectile enhancement products. They also support their claim but noting that sex is one of the few activities that requires repetitive movements that incorporate the use of both hands (let your mind wander where it may with that one).

But as plausible as this may seem, many critics are coming out of the woodwork, citing that the study does not take into consideration how mainstream computers became around that time as well. Okay rational scientific community, I think that tapping it is a lot more fun of an explanation than typing is for the increase in carpal tunnel. Can we just got with the sexier excuse?
