Congressional Hopeful Will Pose Naked if She Wins

Well this is certainly one strategy that I’m glad Hillary Clinton didn’t employ. Maria Fernanda Valencia, a former TV presenter and a candidate for Colombia’s House of Representatives, recently vowed that if elected she will strip down and pose naked for one of the country’s men’s magazines. But don’t misunderstand: this isn’t an obvious publicity stunt to secure support from legions of horny men and ensure this hottie a seat in Congress. No, that would be wrong and completely mock basic governmental principles. This is actually a socially-conscious move, one meant to demonstrate an emphasis on women’s rights. Maria said:

“The nudity is a means to send the message and that message is that I will fight for women’s rights.”

She guarantees that the shoot will keep it classy, but admits that as a newbie political contender it can be tricky to get enough votes. But again, this is not a feeble attempt to get elected. It’s nudity with a purpose.
