Jennifer Hawkins, Miss Universe 2004, decided to spread a little cheer and goodwill to Marie Claire readers (and every man who passes a newsstand) by posing naked on the cover of the magazine’s February issue. But the catch here: she’s appearing completely unairbrushed. Damn, not looking too shabby Miss Hawkins! But the haters have already crawled out of the woodwork about the beauty queen’s nude cover. Marie Claire says they wanted to make women feel more comfortable with their bodies, but it’s starting to look like having a completely bangable, hot chick naked on the cover didn’t really have the intended effect. Get a load at what some readers had to say:

“She wants to make [women] feel more comfortable about how they look, gee thanks, I now feel worse! I’m a size 10 and I still have more rolls than her!”

“If anything is going to have me running to the toilet with my finger down my throat it’s a picture of Jennifer Hawkins naked.”

I smell haters! While I understand that not everyone can have Jennifer’s stellar bod, don’t take it as an excuse to bitch and moan about your own inadequacies. I certainly don’t look like Miss Universe 2004, but I can definitely give credit where credit is due.
