Russell Brand and Katy Perry Are Tying the Knot

Like getting trashed off of egg nog on Jesus’ birthday, some things are just meant to happen. Perez Hilton is reporting that sources close to Russell Brand and Katy Perry are saying that the two love birds got engaged this past week while vacationing in England. More after the jump about the engagement and Russell talking about having iChat sex with Katy.

Unfortunately for Russell, Katy wasn’t too thrilled with the pricey Cartier ring that the comic picked out for his “I Kissed A Girl” hottie. Looks like Russell is going to have to do a little post-Christmas ring browsing for his blushing bride-to-be.

But when not busy ring hunting, Russell and Katy definitely find other ways to keep themselves busy, especially when they’re apart. Russell told Contact Music:

“There’s a regular phone conversation, and then there’s what I can only describe as the kinky miracle of iChat.”
