Hova has decided to add a little more Beyonce in his life and his name. The two have agreed to legally change their names to Shawn Knowles-Carter and Beyonce Knowles-Carter. Why the switch you ask? Find out why after the jump.

Turns out Beyonce and Jay want to make sure the Knowles family line continues, a source close to the couples says:

“They want to keep Knowles because Bey’s parents didn’t have any sons and they’re keen to keep the name going strong, especially if they don’t produce any sprogs themselves. Or if they end up just having girls.”

If they have a kid, that’s going to be one lucky baby. With the Knowles-Carter last name, there’s no mistaking that bundle of joy is going to be on another level: booty-bouncing and spitting hot fire right out of the womb.
