Raul Quintana thought he was renting out his property to a modeling agency for a photo shoot. Well, I guess he was wrong about that. His property on Fisher Island was instead used as the backdrop to the porno “A Sexy Golfing Experience.” More after the jump.

According to the Miami New Times, the film follows the tried and true formula of some average looking dude named Tony rendezvousing with busty, mediocre looking blond Devon to engage in loud, obnoxious, overzealous sexcapades. But probably most disturbing of all is that throughout the movie, viewers (and Mr. Quintana) are treated to Tony and Devon exchanging their bodily fluids atop Mr. Quintana’s brown suede couch with only a thin towel standing between the couch and Tony’s liquid offering. The film is currently pulling an eight out of 10 rating on BangBros.com

It wasn’t until three months after the shoot wrapped that Mr. Quintana found out about the film. He learned of his part in cinematic porno history from a security guard named Howard who congratulated him on the movie. “Great film, Mr. Quintana!” Oh yeah, Oscar-worthy, Howard.

Mr. Quintana is obviously a little pissed off about the skin flick shoot on his property (and is probably angry at how he can’t use that couch anymore) and is suing the company. I think it’s safe to say that the newly crowned “Porn King of Fisher Island” deserves a little compensation for his troubles.
