Playboy iPhone App…With No Nudity!?

Apple you’ve come so close, and yet are still so far. After introducing Playboy‘s own iPhone app, Apple doesn’t take long in disappointing users when they find out that no nude playmates will be gracing their touch screens. I guess, these iPhone users will actually be reading Playboy for the articles now. More after the jump.

The app gives users access to some of the magazines featured articles for the month, clothed photos of the Playmate of the Month and videos of other playmates (with no nudity). To get your hands on this app will cost you a mere $1.99, but to purchase any other Playboy paraphernalia you’ll have to go directly to the magazine’s website, which Apple designates with a mini-warning about explicit content. Thanks Apple for your concern over the virgin eyes of men across the nation, but I’m pretty sure if they’ve signed up for the Playboy App they’ve probably taken a gander at a few lady lumps before.
