You remembered to go to the 10th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos this weekend, right?  Oh sh*t, you penciled it in but you forgot?  Ah, sucks bro – Moms, I know!  Well, I’ll see you at the Fred Durst Insane BizkitSmash Insanity next weekend at least.

There was a guy who did go, however.  Derek Erdman took to the ground to investigate the behavior of the Juggalo in its natural habitat.  The documentary he produced, Dark Carnival of Souls: The Juggalo Gathering 2009, offers an unprecedented and intimate look into the heart and mind of one of America’s most misunderstood creatures.
