Wearing a Condom Gives You Bad Mental Health

this part really stresses me out

It was recently determined that condoms are not that much more effective in preventing pregnancy than good old pulling out right in the nick of time.  Now a controversial new study is suggesting that people who have unprotected sex have better mental health than those who use condoms.

Those that had unprotected sex appeared to be able to deal with stress in a more mature way by taking effective action. They also had better mental health.

“The more often people are using condoms independent of age, independent of the nature of their relationship, the greater use of immature defence mechanisms against stress.

Huh, well I guess condoms really are good for nothing.  They should probably just stop making them.  However these findings are being disputed by contraceptives advocates…

In response to science’s new assertion that condom users have “poorer mental health, problems dealing with stress, and even conditions such as depression,”

Tony Kerridge of Marie Stopes International, the leading sexual health and reproductive health organisation, said: “I would have thought that the mental health of anyone would be tested if they found out they had a sexually transmitted disease or that there was an unwanted pregnancy.

“Particularly in the case of casual relationships where there is no desire to get pregnant, advice should always be that condoms should be used.

“It really is a no-brainer as far as we are concerned.

“We are seeing some of the most rapidly increasing rates of HIV among heterosexual couples in Europe.”

It’s a compelling response!  Like, hey, you want to get some stress?  You want to deal with some real stress?  Why don’t you try getting f*cking AIDS, you no-condom-using @ssholes.  That should go real nice with your great mental health.  Of course everyone knows that Marie Stopes International is actually a just a thinly-veiled lobbyist organization in the pocket of Big Condom.  Trying to make kids believe that condoms are perfectly harmless and can even make you look cool.  For shame.
