Former Girls Next Door girl next door Kendra Wilkinson is trying her darndest to make money after being cast overboard off Hugh Hefner’s money and love ship. Hence, her newest creation: the Kendra Wilkinson Sports Pole. It’s a pole you can use in your home for exercising your stripper muscles.

As Kendra advertises, “Set up and take down in only five minutes!” It’ll take a little longer if you want to install the pole afterward, though. Hey-o! After the jump, a video of Kendra showing you all the exercise moves you can do on her exercise pole.
