They’ve finally made it happen: a hat you can hit people with. “Just use the bill as the handle and the cap as an impact weapon. The secret of the Sap Cap is the pocket of a unique impact material that is 110% the density of lead and will not rust.” Doesn’t this already exist? Anyone remember the “helmet”? The manufacturer has also announced plans to develop a top hat that yells insults at poor people, as well as a gun you can wear in your hand.
