Cellphone Sex Tape Clears Man Of Rape Charges!

Most of the time, if you recorded video of yourself in a sex act without your partner’s permission you’d be known as a scumbag, but not today.  A 41-year-old businessman used that photoage to clear himself of rape charges.

Upon being shown the video, the court room was cleared and the jurors were told, “You are going to see a clip which from what I have been told you may find extremely distasteful.”

If by distasteful they mean awesome, I totally agree.  The defense attorney went on to ask the question that was on everyone in the room’s mind, “You and Mr Taylor were very familiar with each other and comfortable in each other’s presence.”  I guess that is one way of putting consensual sex, now isn’t it?

After the jury viewed the tape of the accused, Gary Taylor engaging in what appeared to be a conscentual sex act with the 27-year-old woman, all charges against him were dropped.

Most awesomely of all, is the fact that no one is losing any sleep over the fact that the Taylor had taken video of the act without the woman’s knowledge and then used it to prove his innocence  I mean, he’s a douchebag, but not a total douchebag, which really isn’t that big of a deal when you think about the fact that a woman falsely accused him of rape.
