Eyeball Tattoos… Awesome???

Apparently there’s a growing fad known simply as eyeball tattooing. Yeah, as in, people who tattoo their eyeballs. What’s that? You say you don’t get it? Yeah, well, neither do I!
The procedure was first done last year, but a dude who wanted his entire eyeball to be blue. It took 40 needle insertions (and God only knows how many shots of tequila) to get the job done.
I have a weak spot for boys with tattoos. It used to be tattoos and piercings, but then I dated a dude with three tongue piercings and a spinal column full of barbells and that pretty much was the end of that infatuation.
While looking for photos online of people who’ve gotten their eyeballs tattooed, I also came across photos of people who have had tongue art crafted onto themselves, and the pics were so eye-raising I just had to share them.
Whatever happened to just lustfully gazing at someone across the room to get their attention?!

I’m not convinced by the very colourful piece either.
But… needles and eyeballs… a personal nightmare….

I could understand why someone might want to change the iris pigmentation from brown to blue, but coloring the surrounding white area of their eye balls blue seems kind of nutty/clinically insane. That’s an area of my body I wouldn’t be taking such a huge risk with.
The whole idea just makes every orifice in my body pucker!
