Who the Fug is That? Neon Panties Edition

This class act right here reminds me of an ’80s movie with Phoebe Cates, called “Date with an Angel.” In the movie Phoebe goes outta her mind thinking her boyfriend is cheating on her with some angel that fell from the sky (qua-li-ty) and goes to whip their asses, but not before putting her panties over her jeans. After I saw that movie I would walk around my house with my panties over my jeans. I was about 9-years-old and in desperate need of some guidance!
