Amanda Bynes is one of those kid actresses who didn’t grow up to be as successful and beautiful as one had hoped for. Growing up I used to watch her on Nickelodeon’s All That and remember expecting for her to wind up on SNL, much like Kenan Thompson accomplished.
Instead she’s had some okay roles in some okay movies, has dated a string of older Hollywood execs, has been rumored to have had a few abortions (yikes!), and still looks underage through it all. Sorry, barely legal isn’t hot to me, especially when she still somehow resembles a 40-year-old.

Well…this is kind of a hot mess. The sugary sweetness of her teen years has given way to slight weirdness which is oddly enhanced by her bad dye-job, spray tan and fake baggos.
The jury is out.
Everything looks alright to me apart from that cleavage which is ODD, probably because she’s wearing the wrong type of bra?
