Playoff Picture

Most sport’s playoffs are cut and dry, set up like a grid, where the number of teams in the field is cut in half after each round. The NFL Playoffs are not so simple. It can hurt your brain, thinking about it too much. If only there was a way to make it simpler!
For example, in the NFC, the winner of the Falcons/Cardinals game could play either the Giants or the Panthers, depending upon who wins the Vikings/Eagles game.
We know which teams are in, so I have created this graphic to show you what is going on and how things could pan out.
