The Apocalypse Must Be Nearing: Kelly Osbourne Looks Good

Typically, Kelly Osbourne is a total miss for me, but I think she looks banging in this dress. Now keep in mind that I realize she’s Kelly Osbourne and is never going to be Heidi Klum, but if you take that into consideration you can accept the fact that she looks pretty great.
