Fashion Victim or Fashionista? Lily Allen

Sexy UK singer Lily Allen went shopping at Prada in a scandalous black Armand Basi dress with a sheer panel showing off her flat tummy and sexy ways earlier this week. 

I jumped onto the Lily Allen bandwagon really late in the game, but I can’t get enough of this chick now that I have discovered her music. She makes me wanna get drunk, dance, and throw some punches at some deserving club skanks.

This outfit is scandalously hot and I love the way it looks on her. Any other big-breasted girl with fake macaroons would look whorish and trashy, but on Lily it somehow looks empowering and awesome.
