France's First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy visits "Late Show with David Letterman" at the Ed Sullivan Theater on November 18, 2008 in New York City.

Photographed waving at fans outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre following her appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman yesterday, First Lady of France Carla Bruni-Sarkozy was not her normal beautiful self as seen in these pics of the unusually pasty white Italian model.

These photos are a big departure from her usual hot self.  Whether or not she’s gone under the knife recently, once thing is for certain, that’s one face I would hate to see bopping up and down between my legs.  That mug is one acid tab away from transforming into Ledger’s Joker.

    I watched her last night and thought she was sexy,cute,charming.Real delight!Tried to get the nude pics of her and they wouldn’t come up?Real bummer!
