Hump Wednesdays: Porn… Addiction?

This David Duchovny sex-addiction situation has me thinking about different types of sexual addictions and whether or not it’s even possible to be addicted to any of them.
I ask this mainly for selfish reasons, seeing as how I have often thought I am a classifiable porn addict and could use a reference point to see just how “normal” or “addicted” I may be.
Wikipedia defines pornography addiction as “Pornography addiction can be defined as a psychological addiction to, or dependence upon, pornography, theoretically characterized by obsessive viewing, reading, and thinking about pornography and sexual themes to the detriment of other areas of one’s own life.”
So does this mean me waking up at 4 a.m. randomly to watch some porn and play with myself for 30 minutes or so before going back to sleep is weird? What if you do it sometimes 3 or 4 times a day?
