I don't think there's any one female in Hollywood that hasn't had plastic surgery, besides Cameron Diaz (and it shows, sorry to say). Yes, Kims ass does at times, seem to have it's own orbit and many of her other feature seem too good to be true, but I think all this back lashing has more to do with whom she associates with, who she's dated (both past and present), and her "undeserving" lifestyle, rather than her telling the truth.
