God, why is Katy Perry so effing adorable?! Here she teasing us with some shoulder action at the Bulgari store opening party in Paris, France yesterday.
Her eyes kinda freak me out though. She has this bug-eye look, as though some dude just stuck something long and hard where the sun don’t shine, and that’s not exactly her thing.
