Cutie patootie Leighton Meester attended the Entourage season 5 premiere held in New York City. Truth is I don’t know much about this girl, on account of my not watching Gossip Girl, but I wish the media paid more attention to Leighton then that obnoxious Blake Lively. Aside from flashing her panties, Blake has nothing over Leighton.
