What’s New Pussycat?

Remember singer Shirley Manson, from the hit ’90s band Garbage?

Well, the Scotland native received a £51,000 check today on behalf of AIDS charity Waverly Care from the M-A-C AIDS Foundation at the Harvey Nichols Department Store in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I lost interest in Garbage after their second album and this is the first time I think I’ve seen Shirley Manson’s face since then.  Girl looks beat!  Couldn’t she at least have washed and brushed her hair for the occasion?

I remember back in high school I used to have a serious crush on this woman. What happened? Has it been that long? Geesh!

It’s funny that I stumbled on this post today. I was feeling nostalgic last night and uploaded my 2 Garbage CDs to my iPod and wondering what they were up to now.
