Jessica Simpsons Shows Her Rack To Get Out of Parking Tickets

Recently named to People’s Most Beautiful list, Jessica explained how she has grown to love her chesticles:

“I was well-endowed when I was in sixth grade. There’s no way to hide them, as much as you want to bandage your boobs down…”

but

“Now I can make my way in and out of parking tickets: show the girls and give a wink!”

Well I think most men would agree that regardless of the situation, showing the girls and giving a wink would probably be a grand idea.
