Britney Spears’ Attorneys Wise Up, Give Her the Middle Finger

Looks like Britney Spears’ high-powered attorney’s Trope and Trope decided to start the new year right and clean house. TMZ reports the firm filed legal papers today withdrawing themselves in her custody battle against K-Fed.
Trope and Trope wrote, “There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible.”
This isn’t the first time her representation rids themselves of her royal fugness. Brit’s former attorney Laura Wasser quit last year, too.
Trope and Trope claims she didn’t listen to their advice. A close source said, “Her whole life has become insane and it’s impossible for anyone to get through to her.”
Oh yeah, and she missed her scheduled deposition today– for the fifth time!
Whatever, Britney is soooo 2007! NEXT!!
UPDATE: Whether or not they can withdraw is not up to Trope and Trope, as explained by them in People.
“A lawyer cannot simply withdraw from a case,” he says. “We will ask the court to relieve us.” A hearing is set for Feb. 4.
